15:30 – Meeting point in Sion Old Town (Place de la Planta)15:30–18:00 – Guided walk through the historic bisses, the traditional irrigation channels that have supplied water to the vineyards of Valais for centuries.18:00 – Arrival in the authentic Swiss village of Saint-Léonard.18:00–20:00 – Painting and connection time at the Cave du Lac wine estate terrace. Enjoy a tasting of at least three wines and a guided intuitive painting session. No previous painting experience is required.20:00–21:00 – Time to return home by train from the nearby station.

Walking difficulty level:
Easy to moderate
The walk begins with approximately 30 minutes of uphill walking, followed by a gentle and mostly flat trail through the vineyards and historic bisses of Valais. At the end of the day, we will descend for about 20 minutes before reaching the village of Saint-Léonard.Sun and weather
The Valais sun can be very strong in the afternoon. A hat is strongly recommended and sunscreen is essential. Light-coloured clothing can be more comfortable choice during warmer days.Water and snacks
Please bring at least 1 litre of water. Food, water and everything else will be available upon arrival at the wine estate, but if you usually enjoy a snack during a walk, feel free to bring something with you.Painting and wine tasting
The painting session and wine tasting will take place on the terrace of Domaine Cave du Lac. The terrace is covered and benefits from a pleasant breeze throughout the afternoon. Evenings can become noticeably cooler, so bringing a light sweater or jacket is recommended.Getting home
The St-Léonard train station is approximately a 10-minute walk from the wine estate. Everyone are welcome to walk there together after the event.Note

My background
My work brings together mindfulness, health promotion, creativity and years of experience working with people in both group and one-to-one settings. Alongside formal studies in health promotion and social sciences, my background also includes yoga, meditation, mentoring training and studies in art and design.I am particularly interested in the connection between creativity, self-awareness and wellbeing, which is why mindfulness and creative expression often come together in my workshops and events.While I do not provide therapy, diagnosis or medical treatment, I regularly collaborate with and learn from professionals working in psychology, mental health and related fields.You can read more about my background on my website.
